Partners in life and business, Pat Hood and Jeff Carlson formed Rock Cove Design in 2011. An accomplished artist and designer, Pat’s skills merge naturally with Jeff’s expertise in photography, residential design and drafting to create projects of impeccable quality and attention to detail.
